Harmony Young - Owner/Principal Designer
My love of design started at an early age. As a child, I would get excited about redecorating my room or visiting the parade of homes with my mom. That passion carried with me through adulthood, and in 2015, I took on the challenge of remodeling a 1926 Tudor in Salt Lake. This project started my design career, and I began helping friends with their own spaces. In 2017 I founded a staging & design company. I loved the quick turnaround and the transformation of each home we did. But as the staging business took off, so did the design side, and after 5 years, I decided that I solely wanted to do design and realized that is where my true joy comes from. I love working with my clients to make our vision come to life.
When I am not creating spaces, you will find me at home or traveling with my husband, 4 children, & 2 dogs!
Conley Sparrow
project manager
Conley is the project manager where he keeps track of all timelines and keeps projects on schedule. He recently graduated from the Interior Design Institute in 2023, then moved to Utah from Chicago to pursue his passion for interior design. His favorite color is olive green, the last TV show he binge watched was The Last Of Us, and his favorite song is Put a Light On by the Generationals
Kallie Greene

Kallie is our newest interior designer! She graduated from BYU Hawaii and then went to Ensign college in SLC to study interior design. She loves doing all things creative! Kallie's favorite color is blue. The last TV show she binge watched was How I Met Your Mother. And her favorite song is Turning Page by Sleeping At Last (her first dance at her wedding was to this song).
Addi Astle

Addi is our design intern! Her roles here include rendering spaces, creating technical drawings, and providing comedic relief (of course). Addi attends Utah State University and she's an unapologetic dark chocoholic and she loves listening to music. Her favorite color is dark green, the last TV show she binge watched was Psych, and her favorite song is One of Them Girls by Lee Brice!
Sarah Scoresby

Sarah is the brand, web, marketing, and social designer for HYD. She's recently graduated from the University of Utah and is now a full time graphic designer. You can find her reading, snowboarding, or spending time with loved ones! Her favorite color is a dark, moody green, the last TV show she binge-watched was Superstore, and her favorite song is Care for Your Mother by Jordan Mackampa.
Natalie Shafer
account manager
Natalie is the account manager and bookkeeper at HYD. Natalie is married and has two boys. She also has Portuguese Water Dog who thinks he's human! Natalie likes reading, traveling, running, everything Disney, the Utah Utes, and a Starbucks coffee run! Her favorite color is red, the last TV show she binge watched was Traitors UK, and her favorite song is Holiday by Madonna (she's an 80's girl through and through!)
